Vicell P-series PMI TDS

PMI foam board is the abbreviation of Polymethacrylimide foam board ,is has good mechanical properties. Under the same density, its tensile, compression, bending, shear and other properties are far superior to other foam such as PVC, PU, PET, etc; The closed cell rate is over 95%, isotropic, which can improve the strength of composite materials and be applied to more fields; Easy to process, can be processed into various complex shapes using hot forming or mechanical processing methods; It has good adhesion and can achieve a good bonding interface with adhesives such as epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin, bismaleimide resin, cyanate ester resin, etc; ; Has excellent resistance to compression creep. VISIGHT PMI products currently include five series: Vicell P, Vicell PH, Vicell Pb, Vicell Px and Vicell Pw.
◆The Vicell P model product achieves co curing with panels under 150 ℃ and hot press pressure conditions, and its application areas include medical bed boards, sports equipment, rail transit, etc.
◆The Vicell PH model product achieves co curing with panels under 180 ℃ and hot press pressure conditions, and its application areas include aerospace, military, medical equipment, antenna radar, etc.
◆The Vicell Pb series can achieve a hot deformation temperature of up to 200 ℃ and can be co cured with high-temperature cured epoxy resin prepreg. The pore size range is 0.3mm-0.5mm, and its application fields are aerospace, rail transit, etc.
◆The Vicell Px series has a thermal deformation temperature of up to 180 ℃ and can be co cured with high-temperature cured epoxy resin prepreg. The pore size ranges from 0.1mm to 0.3mm, and its application areas include aerospace, sports equipment, medical bed boards, audio speakers, etc.
◆The Vicell Pw series has a thermal deformation temperature of up to 180 ℃ and can be co cured with high-temperature cured epoxy resin prepreg. The pore size is ≤ 0.2mm, which can reduce the absorption of resin, reduce the weight of composite materials, and improve wave transmission performance. Its application fields include aerospace, military, medical equipment, antenna radar, etc.
